The Chip Terry Fund for First Responders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Billings, Montana. You can reach our administrator at hello@thechipterryfund.org.
We collect only the information you give us — email addresses you submit to our newsletter, donation details processed by Zeffy, and contact form messages. We do not buy or sell data and do not maintain visitor behavior profiles.
Donations are processed by Zeffy, a payment platform that does not charge transaction fees and handles PCI-compliant card processing. Zeffy’s own privacy policy applies to card data.
We publish stories only with written consent. Stories may be published anonymously if preferred, and contributors may withdraw consent at any time.
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are reaching which visitors. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thechipterryfund.org.
We will update this policy as needed and note the last-updated date at the top. Material changes will be announced via our newsletter.
